Read Receipts on Posts

When you post a message, you can view a dashboard that will tell you who has read your post, who has not read it, and who has failed to receive -- because of an inactive email address or they've opted out of email notifications from the group or they joined after you posted the message.

You will have the option of resending the message to individuals who have not read it or didn't receive it the first time. You will also have the option of fixing any invalid email addresses.

To view the Dashboard:

  1. Click on the down arrow symbol on the upper right corner of the post in the newsfeed.
  2. Click on Dashboard.
  3. You’ll have the option to fix an invalid email and resend to someone who has not read it. To fix an invalid email, click on the post. Click on the down arrow at the top right. Click on Dashboard. At the top, you'll see anyone whose address is invalid and did not receive the post. Click Fix. Type in the correct email and hit Send. That post will be resent to that email.
